fertilizer or not?

i have some plantes growing just fine, healthy and green. i was wondering weather it is worth getting some fertilizer or not. if it is, will hydro fert work, or should i get stuff for soil?

The difference between nutes and no nutes can and probably will be enormous, although I have seen some decent plants without them. If you are using soil I would use soil nutes, hydro nutes will work also. Many soil growers love the Fox Farms line of organics (not all their stuff is organic) and their additives are working great for me (hydro).
Whatever you wind up using, start out with low levels and move your way up, it's easier to up the nutes than deal with burn.
