first time doing cuttings

hi...first time trying to root cuttings...my friend gave me some cuttings theyve been under light in my tank for over 2 weeks..all the leaves are new growth cos i cut off all the old ones however i still have no roots...what shud i do?thanks

What kind of rooting solution did you use? Sometimes I don't see roots for 20 days or longer. I would leave them alone for now.

i used some rooting powder plus i also used a tiny bit of organic nutrient to water them...they look quite healthy to me just wondering if they will ever actually root...im gonna leave them for now though i think

The temp at the roots should be around 78f. This is one of the main reasons roots won't take.

Also don't over water, if it's wet all the time they wont root
