Sierra Natural Science has some freebies going now, just pay shipping and handling.

There are 2 different things I found while looking for spider mite control products.

This is one: https://www.sierranaturalscience.co...-kit-with-16-oz-sprayer-you-pay-for-shipping/

This is the other: https://www.sierranaturalscience.com/product/free-pesticide-sample-kit-just-pay-sh/

I also picked up a little tidbit about SNS 311, a wash, that I wasn't aware of: "1 ml of SNS 311 will eliminate 1.5 pap of chlorine in 1 gallon of water and buffer the water to 6 pH".

If you have been wanting to try SNS products, this is a good opportunity to try some samples and see how they work for you.

THG,
Thanks for the info. Freebies and the OFC go together.

Eeeek... almost $25.00 in shipping charges?! No thank you. I'll go to my hydro store and just purchase it for the same damn price. lol

Well, not all of us have a hydro store right close. And I paid $17 for the last envelop of SNS 217 I bought. I got both things sent for $20. With what I am receiving, I was happy with that.

I'm glad you're happy THG. This is certainly great for anyone without access to a hydro store.

Even though there is a hydro store within the town where I go to do my grocery shopping and such, I do not frequent it. I just worry about how anal the cops are around here and am not sure that they do not stake out the place periodically. We do know that they sit on the Oregon/Idaho border just waiting for someone they can pull over who may have cannabis...makes me think someone is staking out the OR dispensary and radioing his buddy across the border...

We have a large hydro type of setup up here. It snows a lot in the winter, but you still need veggie's and you can't just import everything...at least we don't. There's a lot of people growing strawberries, and tons of greenhouses that are heated during the winter.. I mean, there's TONS of uses for a hydro store beyond MJ, you know this THG :D

I would say it's a case of paranoia, but still, it's taking it safe as possible and there's certainly nothing wrong with it. After I've broken the thoughts down in my mind, the amount of people that require all the supplies in those stores over weighs the thought of spending government funding to "check out" all the people that will go in and out.

But, you are certainly more knowledgeable than me in this "scene" as for doing it much longer than I. Knowledge is power, and I do not say what I'm speaking is just how it is.. more so how I see it.

I think ordering online can be a bit more traceable, considering you have packages delivered and such. I bring green cash with me to the hydro store, and don't take receipts, hah :)

After getting ticked at the grow shop, i have found Amazon has SNS and everything else i need. So happy about that. no shipping, gotta love amazon.

The thing about online shopping is that the marketplace is global and cannabis law enforcement is local. There is just really no real way for local LEOs to know what people are buying from the other side of the country...or the other side of the world. It is incredibly easy for them to discover who is buying growing supplies when the hydro shop is the only one in town and does cater to cannabis growers. I feel far far safer buying online than going someplace that LEOs can jot down my license number and keep it on file somewhere. This state is quite backwards and has a whole lot of very conservative right-wing people who have little understanding or tolerance of cannabis. I am sure that it makes a difference where you live.

And no, around here, people do not use the hydro store for other things. You can get general gardening supplies a lot of other places far cheaper than at the hydro store. It is simply too cold to grow anything in the winter outdoors around here and people do not do it. And unless you are in a area with a geothermal source of hot water, it is also too cold to grow in a greenhouse here. We do have some large geothermally heated greenhouses up here and even they do not grow year round--they take about a 3-4 month break during the coldest winter months.

Thanks HG, I have ordered! No hydro here and needed safe products for what may be a fungus. Still running down what it is but will either be that, bugs, or maybe nute def.

Gonna try the wash..thanks for the info.
