Time to grow again. I put these little beauties in the dirt 3 days ago. Now they have all popped up and said hello. All garden of green genetics, i have 8 gsc and 7 amnesia lemon pies. Going to forgo the screen this time i think, and do a sea of garden of green lol. I plan on topping/fimming them all twice and flipping to 12 hrs in about 4 to 5 weeks. 8 tops each is the plan and i will tie them down to level the canopy. One problem i see is the amnesia is sativa dom, and the gsc is indica dom. May have to be creative. Same tent and techniques as before except the screen. Wish us luck.. .

This is more like it....
Still hand watering with purified tap water. I just have the pots ready made up for the transplant. This gives them a little more stable platform than just a solo cup and the transplant, when ready, will be super quick. I wont be flooding or using nutes until then. Im using perlite / vermiculite in the grow bags. Ratio is 3 to 1 perlite.

Thats a cool setup Lesso. Like what you did with the cups.
Cant wait to see these girls get big. Sending green power your way Bro.

Goes slow in this stage.... They are all building up some roots though, and as soon as they fill the solocups they will be replanted in the bags. Most look pretty good so far, but its still just a few days into their second week.

Yesterday i moved them all to their permanent homes. What a difference a day or 2 can make. I have them on 75 percent full light and have started nutrients at 500 ppm. The plants that were sprouted in vermiculite were yellowing a bit. I suspect over watering due to the poor draining properties. Im not worried really qnd they should grow out of it soon.

Here it is 4 days later. All topped/fimmed. Two dont look so hot, the amnesias are a little yellow but growing fast. Gsc is slow as expected. Ppm is 680. Ph is 5.95. lights are at full blast now. I expect a nice little boom of growth. Hopefully the runts turn it around.

Never used grow bags. They look great. Might try that sometimes.
Do they work better then 5gallon buckets? Im guessing they drain well.

Lesso, they are all looking great! I grew an Amnesia OG last summer and it did not get tall and rangy like some sativas, so you might be just fine. Great smoke by the way.

Grow bags are virtually all I use now. You might want to give them a try, Bubbletrouble

Where do you get those bags?
Do the roots grow out the bottom. Another words how porous are they?
Guess i should just google them instead of bugging you guys.
