I have a few questions for ya:

1) What are your temps at the top of your plants
2) What kind of nutes are you using and how often

To me at first glance it looks like nute burn.

using the tripple pack 12ml gro 6ml micro 3ml bloom per gallon. before it was 10-5-3 maybe the water messed up? been using distillled water for the past 2 weeks? how long does tapwater have to setout? temps mid 70s, 1000w halide.

The proper mix for those nutes per/gallon for flowering is:

5ml of gro
10ml of micro
15 ml of bloom

I would try that at half strength first. Use that amount of nutes, but in TWO gallons of water. Mix the micro into the water first. Then the other two. THEN put it in your reservoir.

What you have there, I think, is a nute burn caused by lockout. Did you mix the micro directly into the others before adding water?

Your nitrogen is a little high, either way. That's the "gro" part. 5 ml per/gallon is the ABSOLUTE strongest it can be used. 6ml will cause burn.
