You can start with fishshit soil conditioner after the first few weeks. Keeping in mind you won’t water once and wake up to a seven foot bush, that said less is always more.

Depends on whats in your soil. If you are using peat or something with no nutes yes feed. If it us in something like ocean forest or happy frog, I wait a few weeks
