ewww plants are looking great! Let the plants feed and perform to their best. You can lower nitrogen levels but do not starve your plants of anything as they are still gaining weight and ripening, that is a good thing. For best taste, you will need proper harvesting and curing. properly cured bud will taste good whether it was flushed or not. Genetics play a key role in taste too. But from looking at your plants, makes me want to smoke some of them! I like

I may be a n00b @ this (4 grows to date) but I will agree 100% : with proper cure you can feed (I use General Hydroponics in a hydro/tote grow so NOT organic) right up to the time you chop her down and your smoke can be smooth and TASTY!

I've been smoking for 25+ years so trust me, I've run into HARSH smoke @ times and mine is NOT!

Your buds look yummy to say the least!
Keep an eye on the trichomes (SSH... that's going to be a "long" time till Amber shows)

I think 10-14 days with products and 7-10 only water....
