I did that when i was 7 with a 8 yr old girl behind the barn and she snitched and threw us both under the bus. My Dad laughed his ass off but my Mom didn't find it funny and nether did the girls father find it funny. My Dad sent his ass packing. Never seen her again,,,,,, literally.

Yeah, I played doctor at about the same age up in a cherry tree in CA. I think that is typical. No other boy saw those parts until I was 18.
