Hi everyone, I am a 71 year old guy growing outside for first time. I have grown indoors, but never outdoors. Am in SW Michigan and hoping to get some more weeks, but I am seeing budrot on some plants ....anyone else growing in sw Michigan? Our forecast calls for rain the next 5 days. Gulp. Are the plants in the ground , how big are the plants
You can cover them because rain will bring on more rot if you already are getting it.
Im fighting back bud rot too , almost there but each morning I find myself hacking away at the bad buds.
I may start cutting some down today

Welcome Randy. Yes there are growers from Michigan. So help us on the way. 71....I got you beat. I turned 72 last month. Hope you find the forum to your liking.

Randy are you growing in the ground or in pots? I also grow outside but i now grow in pots where i can move them out of the rain just for that reason. Last year i had to cover them with Umbrellas and use a leaf blower to keep the moisture off the buds.
