help! burnt leaves?

Hello!
All of my plants developed this "burning" just a few weeks after sprouting, and some even right out of the ground. what could this be and can i save the plants?
Thank you any advice is greatly appreciated!

What kind of soil did you plant in? Did it have "nutrients" in it? Or did you feed them? These look to me that they were killed by soil that is too hot for seedlings.
 
thanks for the reply! it was a jiffy seed starting mix with peat moss coconut coir and vermiculite...it says natural and organic but im sure its possible it could have nutrients added...
this is a leave still attached close to the top of my oldest auto flower plant (5 weeks)
