Help me figure out this Eclipse F60 controller please!

I have no idea how this thing works. The manual is a joke. The operating instructions are actually 1 page long. I have only figured out how to set the main time. I've played around with the settings and have the sensor hooked up. Its currently a $200 digital hygrometer.

I would like to hook up the lights for 12/12 schedule, a humidifier, and intake/exhaust fans.I have no idea how I'm going to do this. Can someone please help me?

I have one as well going to need to figure mine out soon as there will be a need for heat soon overnight.

I'd also search out the youtube videos. Those are more effective for me since I am a visual learner.
