HELP ME!

I thought it got too much NPK so I decided to wash the roots as said 3x wather and then I saw much of the white bubbles (i think its N??). And the plant is now like like this. What should I do?

Is the plant inside or outside?

1 hr ago I changed it's dirt and put it in a bigger jar. Now I just can have fingers crossed
