Hey new grower

I have a primitive set up in my closet. its white and i have ventilation and a oscillating fan and a flourescent light. i was researching and i heard about ethrel. some chemical which almost guarentees all o f the plants to turn into female. and it shortens the growth period. does anyone knwo anything about it or how some one could find it. would it be at a nursary?

i believe its ethel. and i myself have read about it but not exsperimenting any time in the future .
