To me a plant demands higher PK at the onset of 12 hrs of darkness. Them chemicals in the plant are on the move the moment it senses that change in light.

I always start flower nutrients at the flip. Boosters? Is that really necessary?
 
Though you always need to read the plant to see what it needs, generally, I'm using my bloom nutes (pk) throughout flower. Occasionally, you can use veg growth nutes if you think it needs nitrogen, or just a kick in the pants. Some folks, me included, do a flush of the plants one or two weeks before, so no ferts at all at that time, just water.
