How dark

I know I want everything to be as dark a possible when growng indoors, when the light is off. Anyone know what is too much light, or what's not dark enough.

Any light, the plant can sense IMO. (except I read some use a green incadescsent to work during dark period, but I don't trust that theory).Darker the better. pitch black if you can do it. any light leaks can prolong flowering period. but do the best you can. (I know that outdoors has the moon reflecting some light, but thats its natural environment).
