how many lights should i run?

iam renting a three room town house...but it is like a 4plex..u get the idea 4 joint houses...well ye iam usin a room to grow and iam usin one light rite now a 400 hps...do u guys think it really matters if i add another 400 hps? or would that raise like a eyebrow....my normal electricty bill used to be hmm lets say 90 to 100 every month...thsi month it came to be 150....if it was a single hosue i would prolly do it but jus the fact that its a 4plex and like right outside the house there are the meters for 4 houses(donno why i wanted to say this but ye)..oh ye and iam from canada.... bc/alberta region...anyone growin in my kind of house? any suggestion?

that isn't gonna up your power much man.... if they were both on 24 hours a day for a month u'd be lookin at ~$60
