im wondering is it betterto put all my soil in the holes befor i plant my plants, and what are some reccomended nutrients?

LST is low stress training, just the way you train ur plant to grow, like mine I have bent the tops and make sure they stay bent so how they grow that way

why would u want them to bend a certain way tho i dont understand?
