How to use PH Test strips?

I got some of these test strips and have no idear
how to use them they said to dip in to water so would
i mix the dirt in with the water or something any idears?

Nope, just dip them in the water, get the reading and adjust as needed. As you water the soil with the adjusted water the soil wil start to go that way until it's where you want it (roughly).
