Htg's 600w HPS

I get them off ebay at $32.45 free shipping. They seem to work well, but don't last very long.(3-4 mo).

Never used them myself. They have a 1year warranty. Have you talked to HTG about them? Are you using them in a digital ballast system? The standard bulbs that are made for use in magnetic ballast systems will fail prematurely in digital systems because of the frequency of the digiballasts.

what happens to yours in 3-4 months? do they blow out completely or do they just weaken?

No bulb should blow out in 3-4 months, jmo
