Lucky for many of us, this storm was not nearly as bad as last years Katrina. However it did leave many of us with out power. I'm just curious of the effects of loss of lights and fans (like my 12/12 schedule) on my plants growth. Aside from less energy consumtion, what about an eratic light schedule (lights coming on and off) is there a neg effect (ie hermie or stress) from this event?

There can be, but it's not guaranteed. Just get the lights goin' again the next normal time they would come on, how many days has it been off?

Not sure. Been out of town. Girlfriend told me about power outage in neighborhood. Scary........, I go back tommorrow.
