When I was growing hydro, I almost always grew greens during the winter months. They are very easy to grow hydro and don't require much light. I do think that we will continue to see more and more hydro--resources can just be used so much more efficiently.

Hard to grow Hydro where i live. It gets way to hot and to hard to control solution temperatures.

If you have a rez chiller to cool your nutrient solution you can grow in any heat.

Yeah i know. It was just cheaper and easier for me to grow in soil.
I use to use frozen water bottles in my DWCs to help with solution temps,,but it was a pain in the butt.

I’m all for it, anything to make the market bigger and bring down the costs is a good thing. Still can’t believe what they charge for nutes
