I bought some CBD and CBG isolate

Now I have to try and figure out how much of both to put into MCT oil. I'm looking to make a bottle of oil big enough to make Cap's for pain and sleep.
sleep for my Daughter and sleep and pain for my wife. I got some info from the internet but is anyone here has a recipe It would sure come in handy.

I just started making oils. I made CBD oil but have yet to try it. I am sticking with 1 gram per one ounce oil at the moment and going from there.

We use a recipe where it is 3 cups to 1 oz for tincture.

I've been making oil rub for about 6 years now but I've never tried with isolate yet. But I did find some rough recipes that will get me in the ballpark.
