I dont think it is good

I have been growing my plant outdoors for about 1 month and 1 week.....It is only about 9 inchs tall and has about 22 leaves..The Plant is growing very slowly(like 1 set of leaves every 2 days) and the 1 little 2 and the next set of three are yellow....Is my plant okay...My plant is in a pot that is about 4 inchs tall and 4 inchs wide....Should i transplant in a 1 gallon ...If i do will it start to grow faster?

Well Plants do grow faster after transplant(for me) put it on a 3 gallon thats what most people do!!!

5 weeks, 9" tall, in a 4x4 pot. Yes, your 'rootbound' and need to transplant. Vegetative growth is directly relative to root mass.
