For cuttings/seedlings misting is great if they are only under flouros. For new growers small buckets first is better... u can water often like you'd want to.. w/ less harmful results...

Get your lights as close as you can w/o burning the leaves and the girls will spurt up.

For quick growth all you can do is feed them well (once they are ready) and keep everything in the range they need. HID lighting will surely help kick them up also.
