I also have a clear worm of some sort and tiny mites that head for cover so fast you can hardly see them.

i also got my new glasses today.

what do i need to do to get rid of them all before damage to my Ladies!

Yup, Roster is correct, fungus gnat. Spinosad also works well.

Try and get pic of the worms , are they on leaves or in soil
If on the leaves they Could be young caterpillars very Bad if so, need to ll them now.

No Biggy just reduce watering, they are more of a pest to you than the plant
tho many noobs claim the larvea eat the roots ...prove it

if you still have an issue as often shit soil holds many millions of eggs, that reproduce in storage
lay uncooked french fries on the top remove the grubs daily
