I have access to an old greenhouse (fiberglass) that has power and water but has a few holes plus gravel (not ideal for cement) ground. It is very dirty/dusty as well.
My question for the wise ones ... is it better to use it as shelter, accessing the power/water and have a few tents in there OR do I patch/insulate this thing up (we get wet winters) and deal with the floor. Problem is time and money is always a factor. Your suggestions/ideas are always appreciated.

I don't see a gravel floor as a problem. Put some pics up and let us see how bad it is. If it leaks badly, you may need to patch it up anyway. Water and electricity don't go together.

The holes can be patched its more of the floor and coming up to winter, worrying about keeping the right temperature inside. It's not the best picture but you can see the gravel floor the best at the bottom of the pic. If I clear out the mess, you have a lot of dusty/dirty gravel but a great space. So ideas are certainly welcome!!
