Illinois medical patient rules?

I was just approved for my medical cannabis card application so I have a 90-day access to medical cannabis I paid the fee for the card and the doctor's visit and then I'm basically wondering if it's okay to grow weed or do I have to wait until I get my actual approval

Yea I may or may not beobe my second grow already in 4th week of flower but got my paperwork few days ago
