I'm 7 days into flowering. ..change time question

So I am 7 days into flowering and it got really cold last night in my garage...58 or so..well my plants didnt like that at all..the were a tad droopy..got temp back up to 75 for last 4 hours and they are perking back up...question..I am running lights on from 630am 2 630pm....can I change my lighting at night ..keep my lights off for 24 hours. .it help keeps the room warm so I will use heater less and save money....is this s problem to do? Im growing la blanca fem scrog in ffof 4x4 1k eye hort? ...Tech

I don't think it will hurt anything if you do that. It's only for one day. Better to have them dark for 24 hours to make the transition than to have the light on for 24.

great idea---most peeps grow at night due to temperatures the lights generate---cooler to light the room at night in the summer and warmer to light the room in the winter
