what insulation if any would you need for a grow room i am using kingspan compressed insulatio is that suffienct

Looks like a very good product man. I don't see why you would need anything else. but def. use the tape they recommend for sealing the joints.

Insulation is something where more is better... but can add up $$ quickly.. the product you are using seems to be really good!
