Invasion Of the Bud Snatchers...Bug Porn

I have a very healthy group, of Bud filled girls. The other day I noticed a massive cola turning brown & dieing I gently touched the branch....it fell off in my hand :holysheep: Then another, another, and so on I found the little "Buggers" today buried in my bud eating away. Any Idea's on what they are, and how to KILL the little POS ?

I also found them, on the stalk of the main branches. They form a small "ball"/"knuckle" on the branch....when it breaks off (which it will) it's a hollow cavity.....with the SOB inside

I'm in the NE US...never seen anything like it. I've never had a bug problem before....growing is about to become a serious problem. They aren't too particular about strain, Blue Mystic, Blue Berry, White Siberian, Chocolate Chunk....so far Hungry little devil creatures, I have many weapons here....guns, bows, knives, any suggestions as to what to fire a barrage with first

i call 'em WEED WORMS.

...not too sure which one you have; there's several larvae-type/phase insects that like to munch on buds.

try looking up beetle borers or cabbage maggots, those are the two most prevalent in cannabis.

Thanks Mr.Chow.....yep that looks like them No way to kill em once they are in, I would think that the pesticides are bad for us VVVVVVV

i've read that a mixture of water and crushed up aspirin works, but i'm not trying to give you retarded children or anything...


not sure if anything really kills them.


they also look like a bollworm...shoot all these little boogers look the same .

Chow, I think it's too late to kill em....they are in the stalk now. In the egg stage, death would be easy.....now they're just messing nuggets up

How big are they in that pic? Look like the young ones I found on mine, that then turn green once they get bigger. Having the same problem here. I tweezer check daily, and just sprayed a BT a few days ago. Seen 2 since still alive and munching, and sprayed again today. These things suck.

I'd say they are 3/8-1/2" long.....they burrow right into the main stalk also, kill the whole plant...I'm loosing a sweet Blue Mystic mother right now
