Neem Oil,.....toxic or not


After researching more and more into things......Ive run across this.
I use Neem Oil to prevent pest and suggest it widely.
This site is confusing me ....can anyone help ??
Is it toxic for humans ??

I know plenty of people that expose themselves to it on a regular basis (not to say it's good) but here is the "official" MSDS* information on neem.

*If you're not familiar with MSDS it stands for Material Safety Data Sheet. It is pretty much all the information regarding said product and interaction between humans, it is usually displayed (supposed to be mandatory) for employees that use almost anything. I can't say that it's 100% true but It seems to hold some good info.
