I am trying to cut out every thing I see that even remotely looks like rot. Didn’t help it rained all day. below is what I have cut out. Hate to lose these big buds but trying to look at big picture.
Is this rot? Before I trash them. Can they be saved?

Like I said I too am having this same problem this yr
I have been catching it as soon as I see it, Look for tiny dying leaves at top of the main buds , Where mine has been starting also.
It almost looks like Bud Worms made there way into the buds but I could not find a single one.

I have heard of people using a "Water Cure" on that type of stuff and using bubble bags with dry ice, and then cooking with the outcome. Probably in your best interest just to pitch that stuff. I personally would seal it up in a bag and pitch it when nobody's paying attention at the office. Miles from my grow spot but it is probably overkill and not contagious.
Yea I’m tossing it all. I’m catching it early enough I think. 80% of the buds look good. Also I agree it looks more like worm damage. I’m going to dissect the stalks tonight

Yep Bud rot in the past has been nasty gets almost goopy and gray
This is just browning but it is some type of fungus I cut it all as I goo
Not very bad yet, cut 2 more Buds this AM and clipped about 10% off but they were clear as a bell to see by looking at plant
