Hello, I was checking to see if anyone know's what could be the cause for the leaves to look like this? Only a few plants are like this, especially the bottom half of the plant. The soil mix is one that I have been using for the past 5 yr's but never had any problems. Anyway, any suggests would be greatly appreciated.

If you could tell us a *lot* more about what you've done and what has happened to these plants, and perhaps a nice, clear photo of the entire plant and grow area...

With all the growers there are here, the pics might show something we can help with.

That one leaf is a goner. I sincerely hope that the remainder of the plant isn't in that level of damage.

The plants were started from seed at the beginning of June, they are white widow and juicy fruit. Out of many, there are only 3 left not showing there sex, the rest are female. The white hairs are just coming out but perhaps they could turn hermie, but I seldom get males, probably due to the plants not having stress. The soil is Sunshine Mix #1, peat moss, well composted sheep manure, my own compost of leaves and grass clippings, worm castings, dolomite lime, slow release fetz (Advanced Nutrients), some ocean soil and Bio-Grow for more fertz, which is organic. The odd occassion I water with compost tea (steer manure). The leaves are very green and the stock is thick. It's been very hot in B.C, so I have been watering them every 3 or 4 days. I also spray with Neem Oil which helps with spider mites, etc...all organic spray. The plants that are effected are still very healthy on top, but I will keep track to see if it spreads upwards. Thanks for the replies,

Peace:)

My water is from the tap, but I fill up rain barrels and let the chlorine evaporate, uaually 24hrs. The PH is about 6.5, big pots (7gal to 25 gal). The one's that are effected are in 15 gal pots. I would put this question in the 'sick plant' section, but thought I would reach more 'traffic' in this section. Hopefully this info helps, I will try to get a pic tomorrow.

Thanks;)

Just looks like some micros are lacking. May be time with an additional treatment of lime. Not sure how wet it has been in your area this year... But that could have something to do with it.
