First grow and thought I was low on light , 1000 w led In a 4 x 2 ft tent . Put a second led light 1000 w in with the plants OG . They are 3 weeks into flower and wondering if to much light is an issue . So far no light burn and lights are only 10 inches above plants ? Note these are cheep 100$ 125$ lights . 6 plants in tent and crowded , thinking of moving 2 plants out .

led manufacturers tend to exaggerate their hid equivalence. i have 2 '600 watt' leds that are nowhere near as bright as 2-600 watt hps lamps would be. what the plants are want is ppfd which is a measure of the photon density at a given height. as i recall 1200 umols/m-s is about the max a plant can take before you get little if any more bang for your buck. a member here has a good method to tell if your lights are too close and that is to hold your hand palm side down under the lights at about where the tops of the plants are. if it is too hot for your hand, it is too hot for your plants. if the tops are getting too tall you can always weight them down or tie them down. personally i would leave all 6 plants in there. you do not have a lot of dense under growth and your plants are not really crowded together.
