Lighting Help

How much light do I need for a 1.5' x 2' area??
And could someone tell me a relatively cheap way to light it up including fixture and bulbs. Thanks

ok os its very easy for VEG stage you need at least 3000 lumes per SqF
for flowering you need 5000 to 6000 (6 its the best or more )
you got 3 SqF so thats 9000 lumes for vegin and 18000 for flowering
if I would you i just go to homedepo get to 100watt Fluorex flood lights and you good on is little over 10000 lumes use one for veg and add one for flower
