I have a 3x3 and a 2x4 tent. Right now I have 2 600w led in one and a 1000w led in the other. Just some inexpensive lights that have done ok. I’m looking to upgrade. Do you think a Spider farm 2000 would be to much for the size of the tents? It says it’s adjustable. The Mars Hydro 1000 says its for a 3x3 I know someone who’s using a 315 CMH light. My concern with that one is heat. What do you use?

My grow area is 3' X 7' and I use 4, 200 watt LEDs. Thinking about adding 3, 100 watt LEDs in the far red spectrum for flowering.

Right now I have 2 Bloomspect 600w leds in one and a 1000w Giixer dual chip led in the other. It seems that the plants in the tent with the 2 lights are doing better that the tent with the 1000 watt

Two SF2000s in the 3x3 would give you really good coverage. You’d have to turn each one down a bit or just keep them higher up as 400w might be too much for a 3x3. If it was me, I’d turn them down to 150w each.

A single SF2000 in the 2x4 turned up to around 230-250w would do really well. The SF2000s come factory set at 200w a piece but have adjustable drivers. My buddy runs his at 300w with some added cooling and it does awesome.

With LED lights, 30-35w per square foot are good numbers to shoot for.

Ive got an SF2000 in my 3x3 and will add another here soon. It does just fine right now but I’m only flowering 2 plants at a time. I plan to step it up to 4-5 plants when I get the other light.
