Yes you probably could, but you would be lucky to get 2 grams dry and it will take atleast 3 months, so i wouldnt bother.

It would work if you get 10 of those bulbs that put out 1750 lumens and enclose them with the plants in a 3'x2' space with reflective walls. Then you will need a small fan to keep the air moving and an exaust fan hooked up to the space to pull out the stale air and draw in cool fresh air. Then you would get some bud, not a great amount or high quality bud, but smokable.
