How many lumens per square foot?

Bare minimum is 3,000 lumens per sq. ft. for veg. but with indoor lighting get as much as ya can. I veg. under 5-6,000 florou lumens with great results. but have to switch to an HPS for flower. which with HID Lights 50 Watts/sq.ft. is a good rule of thumb.
