Kind of hard to see.
See if you can get a better close up of where the branch meets the main stem.
 
You will know a female from a male before the male starts spreading pollen. In my experience, males have always shown first. It is good to check daily at the very least. If you see hairs coming from a seed shaped growth between the stipules(we re-learned that term today on another thread), that is a female. If you see a couple or more testicle shaped growths between the stipules, it is a male and should be separated from the other plants at the very least or killed is the better option. Seedy weed is a pain…
 
Absolutely. I have two autos I planted at the same time. One showed balls at 3 at weeks from seed.
