Did you Fim or Top that plant?
Hard to see if that is even a ball. I thinking you clipped it there trying to train the plant and the leaves are bunched up

Well Now I can clearly see balls ready to pop
Are they in with other plants?
 
the plant is a male and no, no pollen has been expelled from the male flower yet...if it had, you'd see the pollen sacks open spewing a pale yellow powder...

not many bu i just pulled two more males what are the odds of that maybe my tent has light leaks its brand new and seems ok this is crazy
