No, I meant the home key on my keyboard. Next to page up and page down and end.

However, it is working now. Still not working at fcombustion. Odd

Hey Ang (sorry but I had a girlfriend named Angie and she hated the name and always went by Ang. LOL) I see we are using version 1.5. It is still a supported version but I'm curious why you didn't go with 2.x which is out.

Also, I don't know about Xenforo but with vBulletin we always deleted the 'install' directory after we were done installing because it opened a number of exploits for hackers. I'm not sure if Xenforo is the same way. I'll visit Xenforo.com and see if they say anything about it.

    Awesome job, girl. Well done.

I just went to xenforo.com and I could not access the install directory so they either deleted it or they put a htaccess file to hide it.

Also, I just noticed we are http secure. I don't recall if we were before or not. That's another nice improvement. You go girl. LOL

    How is the censor working?

    EDIT:

    oops, not working well. LOL

EDIT AGAIN: Check out the spoiler feature. If you don't want to see a bunch of cuss words, don't click mine. Ang, if you want to add these to the censor list....

    **** **** **** **** **** ********** ************* ***** ***** **** *****

The spoiler feature is at the top of the text input box. Click the INSERT icon (right next to the undo and redo arrows on the right side).

    You have HTML enabled????

I don't know about today but that was always a huge no no.

EDIT: I have been playing with the post above and it looks like they have incorporated some kind of script filtering. XSS (cross site scripting) was always the problem with having html enabled. Looks like the filters work.

@Hackerman I respond to Ang just fine. I'm checking on that HTML feature. Glad you are liking the change. And old version did not have the security.

Well, you certainly did one heck of a job. I don't know if you had any glitches on your side but it was as smooth as a baby's behind on this side. It's not often an upgrade goes so smoothly. Once again, big kudos and thanks.

On image posting. One of two ways. Upload file from your computer. Button to do that under your message box when creating the post. On this post it is lower right side.

OR! You can see an image and use a copy and paste directly into the message. No saving, uploading, etc. Just a good ol' right click copy and then over here right click paste.! It is one of the best features of this software (at least to me).

Angie, we need our smilies back, is that possible? Also, can we put our signature lines back too?

I’ve been trying to figure out how to make the text larger. I’m using an iPad and reading in safari. I’ve seen a few explanations but cannot get it to work myself. Anyone have an idea how to do this. I’ve gone to settings and used the larger text feature but it does not seem to have effect inside safari...TIA...

Also in the old software, I could set it to show the most recent post from a thread at the top of the page and as I scrolled they were older. So when I clicked on a thread I always get the newest post at the top...I cannot seem to find anything like that here...and it seems like some of the features like personal details, location and birthday, etc all have a save button but it doesn’t seem to save, unless I’m doing it wrong...

I think if you go to your settings on Ipad you can change the size of the font. I noticed the text seems smaller on iPad than on my android phone or tablet or laptop.
