could some one please give me the low down on mother plants. i got some kick a$$ seeds and i want to keep one as my mother. right now they are a week old growing in fox farm soil in a 2 inch pot. growing under a 2' high output cfl's. they just got their second set of leaves.

is it necessary to top the plant to keep it short? if so at what node do you recomentd?

when i transplant to larger pot what size should i use? what size pot will i be keeping her in?

do i feed her nutes?

and any other random information would be much appreciated.

really dont want to screw these up

I use a relatively small pot for my mother, no point letting it get too big. Just find your females keep your healthiest for your mother. As long as you can clone away you go, mothers live on 18/6
