I rode for a long time.

When i got married and 1st kid came along.
My bikes were the first to go.

First bike was a 88GSXR750 sling shot
Then a 93 GSXR, last bike was 97 Kawasaki ZX7.

It was kind of a good thing. I was getting wreckless.
Popping wheelies next to the cops in hopes of them chasing me
and bunch of crazy stuff like that. After some friends of mine
got into very serious almost fatal accidents.

I had to let the bikes go. Kids change your outlook on life and put
importance into perspective. At least I got to keep my car

I have a Honda X8RS 50 cc scooter that I ride every day. I only live a mile from work. Have a car too but give me the Honda in traffic anyday.

I am thinking of getting a new buell, after I grad. from school I am going to build my own custom bike. I am going to school to be a harley tech.

I ride, actaully just got into it about couple months...I started and still have my 05 GSXR-750:D they say you shouldn't start with somthing like that they say usually start with 600c or less....but oh well I love my decision I made on getting the 750

Ditto here.

Some woman ran me off the road, sold my sportster the same day.
If your new take a driver course....worth the money. They teach you a lot of things you wouldn't normally think about.

Im not sure what year it is but my Uncle gave me a Harley Sportster, i just need to go get it. It runs real good and looks bad ***.

They sure do, such as checking over your shoulder when joining lanes or pulling over etc. Since riding a motorbike on the road (not for a while) i do it when i drive without question. Gives you much more apreciation for other road users.

I used to ride a dirtbike when i was about 15 / 16, couldnt afford it for a few years and never got back on. wish i felt up to it now lol

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Beautiful bikes.
Had good times on my buddy's Ducati 916, years ago.

Im contemplating getting the 1098 next spring.
Its amazing how much $$$ the Ducati's are selling for now,
alot cheaper than they used to be.
Still can't get used to the 2stroke sound compared to the inline 4's.

BTW: i always rode aggressive. Never give a car a chance to
take you out. Was my motto.

Just curious if you boys wear your helmets.

Stay safe. It's just the mom in me talking. :D

I will be riding before too long. Will be buying a new Honda CBR600RR.
The wife will be along with me on hers. It's been a long while since i 've been on a bike, but I can't wait.
That's going to be our christmas presents to one another ;)

BTw the new BUELLS for 08 will be powered by Rotax twins that power the current apprillias.... can you say i got 120HP and 186mph on a buell????? It looks sick.

Cycle World or MotorCyclist done a writeup on em.

Also a big write up on the new Hyabusa 2 had me drooling.

Sure was wearing a helmet, would probably be dead if not.

He nearly hit the car behind me and skidded around it and hit me doing 60mph or so whilst I was turning left.

He smashed his new SLK merc into a bus stop and was unhurt.. never heard a thing from him...
