Mounting lights

I have a reflector-http://californiahydro.stores.yahoo.net/ht-reflectors.html and a socket-http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=015&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=250027459936&rd=1&rd=1How do I mount the socket to the reflector? Is there a kit? Thnx!

the socket should attach to a metel box and the metal box is bolted to the reflector.
the bolts go through the groves around the circle
