so.. When you guys clone before harvest..Where do you cut from?..the tops are all budding. Workin' on the chamber now..:D
 
Optimally you want to clone before or right after you switch to flower. I know the way I prune mine back I don't have any small sites to take from at the end.

Flowering cuts take longer to root and are harder to root, then they must reveg'. Which even prolongs the process.
 
Cut off the lower few branches (they don't produce much anyway) and make clones from those.
