Hey folks,
Well it seems like the wicked hot weather this summer was good for something--and that is growing some tobacco!

I never thought about Wisconsin as being a real 'baccy growing region, but it turns out that I met several locals that are really in to it. I made a lot of mistakes this year, but already am preparing next year's plot.

It's a lot easier to do some outdoor gardening when you're not afraid of getting hauled off in handcuffs.

Anyway, I certainly don't recommend you take up smoking, but if you were stupid enough to start, growing your own is a lot easier than you might think. We'll see how the harvesting/curing goes.

Thought about growing tobacco myself but here in Ireland you could be dragged off in handcuffs, you need a special license.

Healthy looking plants, keep us filled in on how the harvest and cure goes.

Cool let us know how you cure and any growing tips would be great.

Nice! Pulling up a chair here.
How do you make menthols? put peppermint in the soil?
