I've got a new grow tent, 72in h x 60in L x 36in w... my choices on LED lights available to me are 1500w, 3000w, 5000w or 8000w.
Used HIDs in the past,the rule of thumb was if you can get rid of the heat put it in the garden.if I was going to go with high pressure sodium I use 1500 watts, that's probably about all the heat I could get rid of with a good exhaust.
