need a quick N fix

my plants are looking terrible...

they all went from green to almost yellow, they are wilting, and on the largest seedling the tips of the bottom set of leaves have turned brown and died... after looking at pictures i think i need more nitrogen. i remember seeing a post by ganjaguru that you can use a little urine in water to provide plants with nitrogen, think this would help? dont suggest any fertilizers either, i dont want to spend any money(im only growing schwag or mids).

on top of that i just found an aphid eatting holes in the leaves... im going to try that organic pest control

You can try a very, very, very mild solution of veg. nutes and foliar feed them, I can't say how well it will work or that you won't burn anything but it is one way to correct deficiencies.
