you never added food so i guess that they are hungry. PH in soil is good at 6.5, how did you test the ph? iwould say, feed them with 1/2 strength ferts and dolomite lime for ph

IMO, your plant needs food and more light. Plants do not live by water alone. Get some nutrients formulated for cannabis and start feeding. Like Zem recommended, start at a lower dose and work up.

You also need more light. That light is adequate for under 2 sq ft. If you were flowering, it would only cover about 1 sq ft. inadequate light is the reason for the stretch.

Also, I that is foil around the plant, remove it. Regardless of what it looks like, foil is a very poor reflector of light. For the money, flat white paint is the best, IMO. You will need to get a space set up for flowering where you can keep it 100% dark (and I do mean 100% dark with NO interruptions to the dark period). You will not be able to accomplish this with a cardboard box. It is also important for plants to have a continual supply of fresh air for proper photosynthesis. Your plant should also0 have an osciullating fan blowing on it all the time.

I did not understand this statement: "...a fun that works with timer(1hour working 30min not working)24/24". If you are saying that you have your light on a timer that runs for 1 hour and then turns off for 30 minutes, that is detrimental to the plant and would be another cause for the stretch. Also, turning the bulb off and on like that that many times a day will result in shorter bulb life. Just put it on a 24/7 schedule.

Thanks everybody for the answers.
I fed my girls with nuts today!
I have a fan that blows all the time and i have it on timer so the plants can relax a bit.
For the light i have everyday light from my windows and 4-6 hours of sun on the plants and the lightbulb ofcourse 24/24.. For the flowering stage i have a 300 watt PROSTAR CFL 13.500 Lumen. And i ll try to buy REAL reflectors :)
I m thinking of changing to 12/12 this week because i dont want to grow very big plants because i want be able to provide them more light :(
You think is good to start the flowering in 5th week?

The plant does not need to relax. Cannabis is in a class of plant that does not need a nighttime. It will grow all the time it has light. When you give it a period to "relax", it stretches, looking for light.

Plants will not flower until they are sexually mature. This is denoted by alternating nodes and/or preflowers. Do you have either of these? If you put them into flowering before they are ready, it can actually be worse as they will stretch more--get taller without putting on bud sites. Having adequate light and keeping it on 24/7 until the plants are ready to flower will do more than anything to keep the plants shorter and bushier.

If you flower with the CFL you are planning, you are going to need to get your space down to about 20" x 20" to have adequate light (5000 lumens per sq ft).

I have the lights on 24/7. only the vendilator is on timer!!!
And i have also a lot od daylight together with the CFL. Last year i had 5 plants about 1.70m tall and they made some good buds. This time with less plants and not very tall, with the help of the bulbs i think they will go a lot better. I cant use bigger lights due to the cost of electricity.
How i will now when they are ready to start the flowering stage?

sorry my mistake. its my first time i do it with lamps and all these tricks for indoors. Last year was a test. i didnt actually do something. i just let them grw by themself. just watering. nothing else.
