I live in israel and i have some seeds,i would like to take some seeds with me to canada cuz i am moving is it possible to do it legally?and if not what should i do ? or should i smuggle it ?10x for the helpers

Why not mail em to where you are going?

Just address it to yourself and off they go, just put em in a water proof thing. put in envelope and they'll be there when you get there. IMHO
